Directions and Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange the frozen meatballs in an even layer in the prepared baking dish.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the BBQ sauce and jellied cranberry sauce.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval, until the mixture becomes smooth and pourable.
- Pour the cranberry BBQ sauce evenly over the meatballs.
- Gently stir to coat all the meatballs with the sauce.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and stir the meatballs again to evenly coat them in the sauce.
- Return the dish to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 10–15 minutes, until the sauce thickens and the meatballs become glossy.
- For extra caramelization, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end of cooking, watching carefully to prevent burning.
- Allow the meatballs to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Transfer to a serving platter or serve directly from the baking dish.
